Comments, mentions and the firm wiki
Discuss a client in one place, tag colleagues and keep your firm's procedures written down.
Comments
Each client has a Comments tab. Type @ and start a colleague's name to mention them. They see it in their Mentions inbox, which shows a count of unread mentions in the side menu.
Firm wiki
The wiki holds your firm's procedures and know-how. It starts with three example procedures you can edit or replace.
- Open the wiki from the side menu.
- Create a page, or open an existing one and edit it.
- Save. Earlier versions of each page are kept.
Security controls
Owners and admins can set firm-wide controls in Settings, under Security controls. These include requiring two-step sign-in for everyone and limiting access to your office's internet addresses. Anyone blocked by a control sees a screen explaining why.
Tip: Before limiting access by address, make sure your own current address is on the list.
