Refund and cancellation policy

Try before you pay

Every plan starts with 14 days free, with all features on and no card required. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

Cancel any time

  • You can cancel from Settings, or by emailing us, at any time.
  • Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • We do not refund the period already paid, on monthly or yearly plans, including unused months of a yearly plan.

When we do refund

  • A duplicate or mistaken charge: refunded in full.
  • A charge after you cancelled: refunded in full.
  • A serious outage: if the service is unavailable for more than 3 consecutive working days through our fault, we credit or refund that period on request.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, including the 5% VAT charged, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

Changing plan or seats

  • Moving up applies straight away. You pay only the difference for the rest of the current period.
  • Moving down, or removing seats, applies from your next renewal.

e-Invoicing add-on

e-Invoicing is charged per invoice. Once an invoice has been issued through the accredited provider, that charge cannot be refunded. Discounts and promotions apply to the books plan only, never to e-invoicing.

Late or failed payments

If a payment fails, we show a notice and retry. We never lock you out of your filing calendar or your records over a declined card. While a payment is outstanding you can keep working on your existing records, but you cannot add new clients or companies until it is settled.

Your data after cancelling

For 30 days after your paid period ends, you can still sign in and export everything. We then delete your workspace as described in the privacy policy.

How to ask

Email billing@accountive.ae with your company name and the invoice number. We reply within one working day, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 UAE time.
