Changes to Comply and Lite, newest first.
New layout and Home page
- A new icon rail and page panel replace the old sidebar. In Arabic the layout mirrors.
- The app now opens on Home, with quick actions, money tiles, a six-month chart and a Needs attention list.
- Wide screens show a live invoice preview beside the invoice form.
- On phones the menu moves to a bar at the bottom of the screen.
Add items from the invoice and more invoice colours
- Type a new name on an invoice line and choose Add as a new item to create it without leaving the invoice.
- The Arabic and English switch moved to the top bar.
- Business settings now offer 14 preset invoice colours plus a custom colour.
New invoice editor, currencies and first-run tour
- A simpler, one-column invoice editor with totals under the item table.
- Invoice settings replace PDF templates and add two designs, Corporate and Bold.
- Books can be kept in any currency. Invoicing in other currencies is on Pro and Advance.
- A new VAT & Corporate Tax settings page, with the Corporate Tax filing deadline filled in automatically.
- Sales invoices can be marked Reverse charge.
- Approved invoices can no longer have their amounts changed. Correct them with a credit note or by voiding and reissuing.
- A short tour now opens after you save your company details.
One seat to start, prices per person
- Every plan now starts at one seat.
- Prices are shown as AED per person per month throughout.
Four plans, priced per company
- Plans are now Startup, Basic, Pro and Advance, each priced per company, with yearly and monthly billing.
- Each company has its own plan, trial and billing. Add more companies from the company switcher.
- Compare all plans, feature by feature, is on Plans & billing and the lock screen.
- Early-customer price lock: companies started before 31/12/2026 keep their price while the plan stays active.
- VAT threshold guidance shows when your taxable sales pass AED 187,500 or AED 375,000.
- Bills can be flagged as goods imported through UAE customs for box 6 of the VAT return.
Automatic unlock after payment
- Choose plan in the app opens the website checkout with your company selected.
- After payment the company unlocks automatically, including on renewal.
- There are 3 days' grace after the paid-until date for a late renewal.
14-day free trial
- Every new company gets 14 days free with every feature.
- When the trial ends unpaid, the company locks until a plan is paid. Nothing is deleted.
- The owner can always download the company's data, even while locked.
Retype your password
- Sign-up and Change password now ask you to type the password twice.
Four plans and plan features
- Comply now has four plans: Startup, Solo, Practice and Firm, with a monthly and yearly switch and a full comparison table.
- AML files, engagement letters and the logins vault are on Practice and up.
- Recurring jobs, email templates and the new period lock are on Firm.
- Period lock stops anyone but an owner or admin changing a books month that is closed.
14-day free trial
- New firms get 14 days free on any plan.
- When access ends, the lock screen shows each plan, a code box, data export and a link to email support.
Sign-up and layout fixes
- The sign-in and sign-up screen now scrolls on small screens.
- Creating a workspace, accepting an invitation and setting a new password now ask you to type the password twice.
- Collapsing the side menu no longer changes the desk's font, and the filing calendar toolbar fits properly.
Switching, accountant access and password reset
- Switch to Accountive imports from Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks, Tally and spreadsheets, and compares the numbers before anything is saved.
- Team & roles has a Your accountant card. Choose exactly which areas each person can open.
- Forgot password? on the sign-in page sends a reset link by email.
Two-step sign-in and team invitations
- Optional two-step sign-in with any authenticator app.
- Invite team members by email or with a copyable link.
- Invoices, quotes and credit notes can be emailed with the PDF attached.
Email templates and other filings
- Built-in and firm email templates, with new merge fields for registration and accounts status.
- A new Emails tab on each client keeps sent emails and files the client's replies.
- A new Other filings tab tracks taxes and filings beyond CT and VAT, with recurring roll-forward and a table on the filing calendar.
Email clients from the desk
- Email one client, a group, or a whole service list, with merge fields and a preview.
- Stored passwords now show without a PIN by default. Owners and admins can turn the PIN back on for the firm.
Notes and a calmer look
- Notes on the filing calendar are larger and are also saved to the client's notes.
- The light theme is softer and keeps all text easy to read.
Sign-up agreement and Monday digest
- Sign-up now asks you to agree to the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
- A digest email arrives each Monday from 08:00 with overdue items, what is due this week and anything unassigned.
Data protection and import progress
- Workspace owners confirm the data-protection terms once.
- Imports show a progress bar and one summary at the end.
- Books login fields now name the accounting software you use.
Logins vault
- A new Logins tab stores bank, MoHRE, ICP/GDRFA, customs, free zone, DED, goAML and e-invoicing logins.
- Each login can use UAE PASS with a mobile number or a login ID and password.
- Passwords can be imported from Excel.
Encrypted documents and backups
- Client documents are now encrypted when stored.
- Encrypted backups are taken every night.
Accountive Lite opens
- Accountive Lite is available at lite.accountive.ae with its own sign-up.
- A fresh look with the Accountive Lite brand.
- Each account is backed up automatically every day.
Team pack
- Client comments with @mentions and a Mentions inbox.
- A firm wiki with three starter procedures.
- Security controls for owners and admins, including requiring two-step sign-in.
- Requests can ask for yes or no, numbers, dates and choices, with three ready-made questionnaires.
Full Arabic version
- The whole app is available in Arabic, with a right-to-left layout.
- Invoices, quotes, credit notes and receipts can print in Arabic, English or both.
Invoice and quote templates
- Choose from template styles for invoices and quotes, with your logo and colour.
- Invoices, quotes and receipts each keep their own template.
- The total can be printed in words.
Seven dashboards
- Four new dashboards: Bento, Night desk, Client 360 and Money cockpit, alongside Focus, Pipeline and Command.
- Anyone can change their dashboard in Settings, under My dashboard.
Security improvements
- Lock now clears stored passwords from the screen and closes the vault.
- New sign-ups confirm their email before anything is sent to clients.
- Ten wrong PINs in a row lock the vault until an owner or admin resets it.
Answer Board and manual expenses
- A new Answer Board dashboard shows Safe to spend today, Customers owe you, You pay this week and Next tax due.
- Record expense lets you enter a paid or unpaid expense with a receipt attached.
- Bank details can be entered once in Business settings and printed on invoices.
Document library
- Every client has a Documents tab with folders, upload, rename, move and delete.
Two-step sign-in and e-invoicing
- Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app and recovery codes.
- An e-Invoicing view tracks each client's service provider and go-live dates.
- My week, a task board, a task timer and tasks that start after another.
- A calendar feed for Google Calendar, Outlook and iPhone.
- Engagement letters in Arabic for Arabic-speaking clients.
