What happens when your 14-day trial ends, and how to get back in.

Every new firm gets 14 days free on any plan. You receive emails before access ends.

When the trial ends without a paid plan, the desk locks. Your data is kept and nothing is deleted.

What the lock screen offers

• A tile for each plan with a Pay for button. Choose the seats and send the request, and we set up the plan and get in touch.
• A box to enter a code, if you have one.
• Export of all your data to Excel or a full JSON copy.
• A link to email support@accountive.ae.

While locked, reminders to clients pause and new uploads are blocked. Billing, help and export stay available.
