Free trial, the lock screen and exporting your data

What happens during and after the 14-day trial, and how to keep a copy of your data.

Every new company gets 14 days free with every feature. The top bar shows Free trial with the days left. Selecting it opens Settings, Plans & billing.

When the trial ends

If nothing has been paid by day 15, the company locks. The owner sees that the free trial has ended, with the plans. Team members see that the company needs a plan.

• Email support: opens an email to support@accountive.ae with your account details filled in.
• Download my data: the owner can always export the company's data, even while locked.
• Sign out.

Nothing is deleted while a company is locked. Paying for a plan unlocks it straight away.

After you pay

If a renewal is a day or two late, the company does not lock. There are 3 days' grace after the paid-until date.
