Passwords and two-step sign-in
Change or reset your password and protect your sign-in with an authenticator app.
Change your password
Open Account in the top bar and choose Change password. Type the new password twice. It is checked before saving.
Forgot your password
- On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password?
- Enter your email. The answer is the same whether or not the email has an account.
- Open the reset link in the email. It works once and expires after 60 minutes.
- Choose a new password and type it again.
Saving a new password signs you out on every device. If you do not receive the email, contact support@accountive.ae.
Two-step sign-in
Two-step sign-in is optional and works with any authenticator app. Turn it on from Account. After that, signing in asks for a code from the app as well as your password. Turning it off also needs a fresh code. Two-step sign-in still applies after a password reset.
