Use Comply in Arabic or English
Switch the desk and the client portal between English and Arabic.
The desk, the client portal and the Accountive website are available in English and Arabic. In Arabic the layout reads right to left.
- Find the language button in the footer of the side menu.
- Choose the language you want. The desk reloads in that language.
Your choice is remembered on that device and browser. It is not stored against your account, so a colleague on another computer keeps their own choice.
What stays the same
- Dates stay in DD/MM/YYYY format and figures use Western digits.
- TRNs, amounts and dates are never reversed in right-to-left text.
- Plan names, the brand name and codes stay in Latin script.
- Your data is never translated. Arabic and English client names are stored and shown exactly as typed.
Clients who prefer Arabic
Set a client's language to Arabic on their record. Request emails and new engagement letters for that client are then written in Arabic. The client portal also has its own language switch in the top corner.
