Sign up and set up your workspace
Create your firm's workspace, confirm your email and get ready to add clients.
Every new firm starts with a 14-day free trial on any plan. No card is needed to start, and every feature is switched on during the trial.
- Go to comply.accountive.ae and choose to start free.
- Enter your name, work email and a password. Type the password a second time; if the two do not match, the form tells you and nothing is sent.
- Name your workspace. This is usually your firm's name.
- Tick the box to agree to the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions, then create the workspace.
- Open the confirmation email and follow the link.
Tip: Until your email address is confirmed, nothing is sent to your clients: no request emails, reminders or engagement letters. A banner in the desk offers to send the confirmation link again.
What to do next
- Choose a dashboard layout when asked. You can change it later.
- Follow the short tour, or skip it and replay it later.
- Add your clients by hand or import your existing spreadsheet.
- Enter your firm's legal name and licence in Settings, under Workspace, so they appear on engagement letters.
