Store client portal logins and use the vault PIN
Keep EmaraTax, bank and other portal logins in the vault, and choose whether a PIN is needed to see them.
Portal logins are kept apart from the rest of the client record. Only owners, admins, managers and accountants can read them. An advisor's browser never receives them.
- For EmaraTax, open the client's Corporate Tax or VAT tab, choose Edit and fill the portal sign-in fields.
- For other portals, open the Logins tab and add a row: bank, MoHRE, ICP/GDRFA, customs, free zone, DED, goAML, e-invoicing or other.
- Choose the sign-in method. UAE PASS keeps a mobile number; Login ID keeps a username and password.
- Save. Edit or delete a row the same way.
Passwords show as dots with reveal and copy buttons. The activity log records that a password changed, never the value.
The PIN
By default, stored passwords show without a PIN. An owner or admin can turn on Ask for a PIN before stored passwords show, on the Team page under Your PIN. Setting your first PIN needs your account password. Use Lock on shared screens; the desk also locks itself after a period of inactivity.
