Send an invoice, download the PDF and record payments

Email or download invoices, choose the style and language, and record what the customer pays.

Download a PDF

On an open invoice or quote, choose Download PDF. Next to it you can pick a different style or language for that one download. The saved default style is marked (default).

Email an invoice

Invoices, quotes and credit notes can be emailed from the app with the PDF attached, using the saved template for that document type. Replies go to your company email address.

Record a payment

When the customer pays, record the payment against the invoice. A payment receipt can carry a note, which prints on the receipt PDF. Payment receipts have their own template in Invoice settings.

Recurring invoices and reminders

Recurring invoices, payment links, payment reminders for due invoices and customer statements are part of the Basic plan and above.
