Add and switch between companies

Keep more than one company under the same sign-in, each with its own plan.

One email address can own several companies. Each company is separate: it has its own 14-day free trial, its own plan, billing cycle and paid-until date, and it locks on its own if its trial ends without payment.

1. Open the company switcher. It shows your current company name at the top of the page panel.
2. Choose + Add another company. The new-company form opens.
3. Fill in the company details and save.
4. To move between companies, open the switcher again and pick the company.

• People you invite see only the company they were invited to.
• An accountant invited by several businesses sees each of those companies. The businesses never see each other.
• Group consolidation appears only for an owner with two or more companies of their own, on the Advance plan.
